In Yin Yoga, everything happens a little more slowly. We take our time to get in and out of the individual asanas. The yoga poses itself are also held much longer (2-5 minutes) than in Vinyasa Yoga (Yang Yoga). Yin yoga has its own meditative character. We practice "letting go", so to speak; on a physical and mental level. I like to use props to make it as comfortable as possible. So have blankets, pillows, bolsters and warm socks ready ;-)
We practise every Sunday from 6 - 7 pm on the online platform Zoom.
